These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 88fabet (hereinafter referred to as "88fabet", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88fabet website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at https://88fabet.cam and any related subdomains or applications.

Account
The personal registered account created by a User on the 88fabet Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
Balance
The total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money funds and any applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements.
Bonus Funds
Promotional credits awarded by 88fabet to a User's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements, terms, and conditions before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money funds.
Game Rules

KYC

Real Money

Services

User / Player
Any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is permitted to access the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Wagering Requirement
The minimum total bet amount a User must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means MYR 3,500 must be wagered).
Age Restriction — Strictly 21 Years and Above: The 88fabet Platform is exclusively available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 88fabet, a User must satisfy all of the following criteria:

- Be a natural person (individual) — corporate entities, trusts, and organisations are not eligible to register an Account;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion programme, including any self-exclusion previously applied on the 88fabet Platform;
- Not be prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, court order, or regulatory requirement in your jurisdiction;
- Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
- Not hold more than one Account on the 88fabet Platform — multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited;
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
88fabet expressly notes that online gambling regulation in Malaysia occupies a complex legal environment. The Platform does not operate under a Malaysian government licence — no such licensing framework exists for online gaming in Malaysia. Users in Malaysia access the Platform on the basis of their own assessment of applicable local laws and personal circumstances. 88fabet does not provide legal advice to users regarding local regulatory compliance.
Registration of an Account on 88fabet requires the submission of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and thereafter is true, complete, and current.
Clause 4.1 — One Account Per Person
Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Should 88fabet determine that a User holds duplicate accounts, 88fabet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated transactions and bonus awards, and withhold funds pending investigation.
Clause 4.2 — KYC Verification
88fabet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before the Account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of the Account and forfeiture of any pending Bonus Funds.
Clause 4.3 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 88fabet will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Clause 4.4 — Account Currency
The default currency for all MYR-denominated accounts is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Accounts may also be operated in BTC, ETH, or USDT for cryptocurrency users. Currency selection is confirmed at registration and may not be changed after Account activation.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal recreational entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You further agree to the following conditions of use:
Clause 5.1 — Personal Use Only
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating betting syndicates, providing advisory services to third parties using our Platform, or conducting business activities through your Account.
Clause 5.2 — Accurate Information
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information in connection with your Account at all times. Clause 5.3 — Compliance with Platform Rules
You agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and policies published on the Platform, including Game Rules, bonus terms, and payment processing policies. Ignorance of published rules shall not constitute grounds for any claim or dispute.
Clause 5.4 — Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for accessing the Platform. 88fabet shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or failure of third-party services beyond our control.
88fabet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on Malaysian Ringgit accounts: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency accounts may transact in BTC, ETH, and USDT.
Clause 6.1 — Minimum and Maximum Transactions
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform's banking page from time to time and are subject to change. Users are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
Clause 6.2 — Withdrawal Processing
88fabet targets processing the majority of MYR withdrawal requests via DuitNow or FPX within five (5) minutes of approval. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider, KYC verification status, ongoing fraud checks, or technical conditions. 88fabet does not guarantee specific processing times.
Clause 6.3 — Payment Method Matching
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 88fabet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a payment method different from the original deposit source.
Clause 6.4 — Own Account Requirement
You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment accounts and instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of your Account and investigation of all associated transactions.
Clause 6.5 — Cryptocurrency Transactions
Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements. 88fabet shall not be liable for delays caused by blockchain network congestion, high gas fees, or other factors beyond our control. Cryptocurrency values are converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction and are not guaranteed against subsequent market movements.
88fabet does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed on the banking page before you confirm any withdrawal request. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges independently of 88fabet.
88fabet offers various welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
Clause 7.1 — Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds awarded by 88fabet are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total bet value that must be accumulated before Bonus Funds become eligible for conversion to withdrawable Real Money. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly disclosed on each offer page.
Clause 7.2 — Game Contribution Rates
Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the bet value; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
Clause 7.3 — Withdrawal Prior to Wagering Completion
If a User requests a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, 88fabet reserves the right to deduct all outstanding Bonus Funds from the Account balance prior to processing the withdrawal of any remaining Real Money balance.
Clause 7.4 — Abuse and Bonus Fraud
88fabet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus awarded in circumstances where the Platform determines, in its reasonable discretion, that: (a) bonus terms were abused; (b) low-risk wagering strategies were employed to circumvent wagering requirements; (c) multiple accounts were used to claim multiple bonuses; or (d) the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means.
Clause 7.5 — Promotion Eligibility

By participating in any game or betting market on the 88fabet Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following rules and conditions:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer outcomes as applicable. These processes are independently tested and certified for fairness.
- The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific result for an individual player session.
- All bets placed are final and irrevocable once confirmed. Technical errors or connection interruptions after bet confirmation shall be handled in accordance with applicable Game Rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fabet Platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification;
- Registering or operating more than one Account;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from exploitation of platform errors may be withheld and voided;
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to guarantee profits or undermine the integrity of betting markets;

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, other users, or any person connected with 88fabet;
- Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of any third party;
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling tool or restriction applied to your Account.
Clause 10.1 — Suspension by 88fabet
88fabet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used fraudulently; the User has breached these Terms; KYC requirements have not been satisfied; or the Account is subject to an ongoing investigation.
Clause 10.2 — Termination by 88fabet
88fabet may terminate an Account with immediate effect for serious breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, fraud, or regulatory reasons. In cases of termination for cause, 88fabet reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending the conclusion of any investigation.
Clause 10.3 — Closure by User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team at
[email protected]. Prior to closure, any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be addressed in accordance with Clause 7.3. Real Money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property accessible through the 88fabet Platform — including the "88fabet" brand name and associated marks — are the exclusive property of 88fabet or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 88fabet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fabet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

- Interruptions, outages, or technical failures affecting the Platform;

- Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security of your credentials.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the arbitration institution designated by 88fabet's licensing authority. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent 88fabet from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
88fabet reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 88fabet will provide notice to Users via the Platform (including a notification on the homepage or within the User's Account dashboard) prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. 88fabet recommends that Users periodically review this page to remain informed of the current Terms.
